Samuel Coleridge-Taylor (1875-1912) was a British composer and conductor of African descent. A fervent Pan-Africanist, he often collaborated with Paul Lawrence Dunbar. Coleridge-Taylor wrote in many musical forms and is best known for "Hiawatha's Wedding Feast".
